Tyler Brock
Welcome to my fundraising page for the 9/11 Memorial & Museum 5K Run/Walk.
Those of us who are old enough remember exactly where we were when the United States came under attack on September 11, 2001. All of us were impacted either directly or indirectly by the tragic events of that fateful day.
Eric Sand, the father of my friend Aaron, lost his life that morning. Eric worked for Cantor Fitzgerald, a trading firm in the North Tower. In his final act, he called home from the 106th floor to talk to his family and tell them that he loved them.
On Sunday, April 27, 2025 I will be joining thousands of race participants in lower Manhattan to remember those killed over two decades ago. I will be running in honor of the life of Eric Sand and his surviving son Aaron, my friend, in addition to the other victims and brave and courageous first responders who ran toward danger, facing certain death to save the lives of those they could.
I hope you’ll consider making a donation to help me reach my goal – it’s secure and easy to do, right here on this website. Every dollar donated directly supports the essential mission of the 9/11 Memorial & Museum and ensures that a new generation, and those still to come, never forget.
Thank you for your support!
