Welcome to my fundraising page for the 9/11 Memorial & Museum Nationwide Run/Walk! Each of us, in our own way, has a connection to 9/11 and its aftermath, and that includes me. My father, FDNY Captain Martin J. Egan Jr. was killed in the attacks when I was five years old. One of his passions was running and he proudly completed the 2000 NYC Marathon. On April 25, I’ll be running and walking together with thousands of others from across the country to support the 9/11 Memorial & Museum and in memory of my father. Our goal is to collectively run and walk 20,000 miles as we remember all those killed on 9/11 and honor the courageous first responders who ran toward danger to save others.
I hope you’ll consider making a donation to help me reach my goal – it’s secure and easy to do, right here on this website. Every dollar donated directly supports the essential mission of the 9/11 Memorial & Museum and ensures that a new generation, and those still to come, never forget.
Thank you for your support!
